Salazar Grants Stock Options (February 03, 2012)

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 02/03/12 -- Salazar Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:SRL)(FRANKFURT:CCG) announces the granting of stock options to its directors, consultants and employees to purchase up to 612,000 common shares of the Company at a price of $0.66 per share for a period of three years.
