SENCORE Appoints Patricia Grasso as Regional Sales Manager for Latin America

(March 31, 2011) DMN Newswire--2011-3-31--SENCORE, a leading provider of signal quality and video delivery solutions, today announced the appointment of Patricia Grasso as regional sales manager for Latin America. Grasso brings more than 20 years of experience in the Latin American broadcasting marketplace to her new position, in which she will focus on expanding SENCORE's Latin American market presence and channel relationships. Grasso will report to Tony Oehlerking, SENCORE's general manager of international business development.

"Her deep experience in the Latin American marketplace and her strong commercial relationships with most of the major broadcast and cable equipment dealers there will be a great advantage as we continue to build SENCORE's service levels and presence in this rapidly growing marketplace."

Throughout her career, Grasso has represented more than 25 product lines for broadcast technologies ranging from graphics, video compression, and digital asset management to the IPTV and VoD markets. Just prior to joining SENCORE, she served as regional sales manager, Latin America for Techex Inc., where she developed and managed distribution of products for broadcast, cable, video post-production, education, government, corporate, and medical markets. Previously, Grasso also served as regional sales manager, Latin America for Media 100 Inc. Before entering the technology field, she was deputy country director for Ecuador and Bolivia for Catholic Relief Services, and served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Colombia and Dominica. Grasso holds a bachelor's degree in foreign service from Georgetown University and a master's degree in international management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
