MiddleGround Capital Expands with Three New Hires in New York and Lexington

LEXINGTON, Ky.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–MiddleGround Capital (“MiddleGround”), a new private equity firm that
makes control investments in business-to-business (“B2B”) industrial and
specialty distribution companies, today announced the addition of three
investment professionals across their New York City and Lexington,
Kentucky offices.

Christen Paras joins MiddleGround’s New York office as the Principal of
Business Development and Sourcing. She previously oversaw the Global
Business Development team at CoBe Capital and was responsible for
originating new investment opportunities, building relationships with
corporate sellers and investment banks, and supporting M&A transaction
processes. MiddleGround is also adding Lindsay Quintero as an Associate
to its New York office. Ms. Quintero joins from Harris Williams where
she was most recently an Investment Banking Analyst.

MiddleGround continues to deepen its industry expertise with the
addition of Greg Haddix who will join the Firm’s Lexington, Kentucky
headquarters as a Vice President. Mr. Haddix is a 30 year veteran of
Toyota Motor Corp, having most recently served as an Assembly Plant
Manager and Plant Project Manager for Toyota Motor Manufacturing,
