FISHERS, Ind.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–First Internet Bank announced Maris Kancs has been promoted to First
Vice President. In his new role, Mr. Kancs will lead the Single Tenant
Lease Financing Team and expand the Bank’s portfolio of commercial real
estate investment clients.
Mr. Kancs joined First Internet Bank as a Senior Portfolio Manager in
2013 and was promoted to a Relationship Manager role in 2018. He
previously served as a primary analyst and portfolio manager for
middle-market commercial real estate clients at BMO Harris Bank.

Mr. Kancs earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance-Real Estate and
